We ship within Australia only - We do not offer international shipping. All orders are delivered to Australian addresses only.

Processing Time: 

All orders are processed within 1 week of purchase. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends of public holidays.

Please allow 3-4 weeks for all custom orders, these orders will be shipped after this time.

Shipping Methods and Timeframes:

We offer standard shipping within Australia with an estimated delivery time of 5-7 business days once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs: 

Our products are weighed and shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order. We're happy to offer free shipping on all orders over $300 AUD.

Where we ship:

We currently ship within Australia only.

Order Tracking:

All parcels include tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Lost or Damaged Parcels:

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact Australia Post directly with your tracking number. You're also welcome to reach out to us and we'll do our best to assist.
